A convenient way to run the summar pipeline and to examine the results is the graphical user interface suplex. It gives the possebility to select pipeline parameters and the modules for execution. As processing input one can enter text, upload a file from users disk or just give the url of an html page.
After running the pipeline, the results can be explored. The selected annotations will be marked or highlighted in the text.
